After listening to almost every podcast rave about the wonders of the different text expander tools for the OSX and iOS operating system I wanted the functionality but did not want to pay the price.  I don’t do enough work or business orientated writing on the various systems to warrant an investment at this time.

I am sure I am like most of you out there and every once in a great while I’ll have time and the inclination to Google search the Siri commands.  As it turns out I only remember a few and sometimes get those wrong or I don’t remember all the additional options that get the appointment set at the right time or the reminder in the right group.

AE/AF Lock

To change the exposure or the focus of your shot, tap anywhere on the screen and it will change instantly. To lock that exposure or focus (great for dramatic panoramas) press and hold on the screen until the square box “locks in”.
